With the vision of being a best-in-class service delivery centre, ABS India aims to provide ‘Operational Excellence’ with outcomes that target customer satisfaction. Our approach to delivering this excellence combines the following principles:

  1. Transition – Our transition methodology comprises a six-phase approach to migrate processes to ABS India. A robust governance framework is followed, including operational and strategic board reviews followed by a final sign-off on the transitions.
  2. Delivery – Our service delivery management is focused on building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that the services we deliver meet their needs. 
  3. Governance Framework – Governance boards meet on a monthly or quarterly basis to review overall performance and prioritize new services for rollout as well as improvements to be scheduled or investments to be made.
